    Certainly does! :D

They were more or less bang on time with ours as they said more stock was due in on 3rd December and then it would be around the middle of December that they expected it to arrive in the store. We have the Zoom with the carrycot we are going to get the car seat (Maxi Cosi Cabrio) elsewhere and will probably order that after Christmas I’m thinking I might get it from Amazon as I have a £50 voucher to spend on there which I won in a competition plus I should be able to get some kind of cashback or points somewhere by ordering from there :)

As much as I’d like to take it for a spin I think we might try and keep it in the box for the time being as not quite sure where we are going to put it. We don’t have anyone near us who can keep it at their house (unfortunately) so we are going to have to find somewhere to house it at ours. Am worried that once I take it out of the box we won’t be able to get it back in again :rotfl:

Ah, maybe that's what they meant when they said 3rd Dec to us too? Maybe we'll get the call in the next couple of days.
We're getting the Maxi Cosi Pebble with Family Fix base, then moving onto the Pearl. Why are you getting the Cabrio? I haven't really looked at that one, is it better than the Pebble? - I hate all the Pebble colours so am hoping they bring out new ones soon. Otherwise we'll settle for the Ruby Red one.

I have a 20% off car seat voucher that came with my Boots Parenting Club pack which expires at the end of Jan so I am using that for the car seat and base, will get it ordered by the end of Jan but in the hope new colours are out by then. Get all those lovely advantage card points too :D

Wow nic, what lovely neighbours you have :) I've ever even received a card from mine, although to be fair I've not sent one either until this year.

All this talk about dentists is making me feel terribly guilty. The last time I went was 12 years ago  I've got a form for an NHS dentist (thought it would be MSE to make the most of free dentistry), but not got round to filling it in yet.

@fairy - yay for getting pram. Ours is coming in January because we wanted to make the most of the warranty. And despite people telling me on forums that M&Ps start the cover from the due date of the baby, the M&P staff tell me it's the day you get it delivered. So tried to leave it as late as poss, but with time to send back if issues.

Are you drinking enough fluids? Dehydration headaches are apparently quite common in pregnancy. Mine eased when I started to drink a bit more.
I imagine i am, sometimes i drink loads and still get them. At first i thought it was because i was drinking lots of pepsi and them just stopped and someone suggested a caffeine withdrawel. But now im not sure.

I have a big bottle of orange squash to drink throughout today :)

just had a look on boot.com and the Pebble car seat is down to £108, so with base and 20% off voucher it would be £187. (nomally £265). Is it daft to order it now before I have even got the pram?

Dusty, I didn't need my card the first time at 5 weeks as I hadn't got it anyhow but the second time I offered it and they took details.

EA, Paracetamol is the only drug we can take, i'm on my 6th today so only 2 more at 8pm then I'm done.

PMA wears off with each 3 hour wear off of the drug. Feel absolutely pants. Beyond pants So pants if I were a pair I'd be yellow y-fronts. Could be worse...not sure how. :(

Won a brand new M&P baby changing bag on ebay today. Was £95 and got it for £31 plus delivery so pleased with that.

On those of you buying prams in the new year....remember VAT goes up to 20% so there is a risk shops will put their prices up so might be worth buying now.

On the M&P warranty, it's 2 years so I figure I'll get the use in the first year to give it full abuse.

Right, back to try to sleep. DH texted at 3.30pm to see if i was ok. Sweet as we never contact each other during work unless it's an emergency.

Congrats Charlie, Teenie and Salski :T

I've had a proper nasty headache all afternoon, ended up having to take two paracetamol and have a lie down on the couch - fell asleep and woke up feeling all foggy :( Has cleared slightly now but still just wanna crawl into bed. Hubs has gone into work early though so no-one to give Moo her tea/let the dog out/sort the drying out so I'm having to stick it out a few hours more. Urgh, that sounds so moany - I know there's ladies here who are a lot more poorly than me, I'm just a wimp :o

Hope everyone's feeling better soon. xxx

Not if you're sure on the pram (if it's to use with the pram).
