    Well I have had a similar experience with Staples over a shredder a year or so ago, basically got it free with a very good goodwill gesture, I have used them ever since for office products as a result!! So the OP is not alone in this type of service.

    Hi all,

    Not bad for a £7.82 investment. Got a £24 USB replacement and £50 courtesy vouchers.

    Laughing all the way to the bank.:rotfl::D:)

    Agreed...I will be using them as well for a lot of products. Excellent customer services and very impressed.:)
