i was on the same tablets a few years ago...i had been suffering from depression for a while (not pnd) and i knew i was but i was determined i could sort it ...i tried everything gardening,walking,organic food you name it i tried it ...it was only when everything i tried failed that i went to the dr's ..got the prozac and like you i didnt want to take i felt i was admitting failure...but i had a word with myself and said el youve done everything you can now give someone else (dr) the reins for a while and just concentrate on living/breathing...one of the best things i ever did i stopped worrying about why i was depressed and after a month or so i figured it out (family problems) and dealt with it....i know now i would never have managed on my own but the tablets did help ...after 3 months i weaned myself off them and have never looked back...but am now more aware of my emotional state...and i know IA you will get there in the end ...just let the tablets do their job..

oh Damn it you need a credit or debit card to sign up online. Will have to get Ste to put the money in our debt account tomorrow so I can sign up as our main bank won't give us a debit card! Grrr. Oh well. Will give me the chance to get the money off MIL.
