and 3 ready meals lol!
Let me guess, one for you and two for him? :rotfl: Ready meals are too small.
It's always going to be the way that one person in a couple's going to be better with money. However it's pointless IA beating herself up over 2 quid t-shirt or a quid's worth of flowers for her mum's grave when the majority of expense is being spent elsewhere.0 -

Don't worry, I don't think it came across critical - it sounded how you meant it (to me anyway)
And yes, it probably would have been 2 ready meals for him, plus something totally unsuitable like a REALLY hot curry for the little one lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

lol I know exactly what you guys mean. Maybe it's a man thing....
Well we're home from town. Complete with new shiny xbox and 3 new gamesAll the stuff we traded in came to £184!! Plus a friend met us there and gave us £20 which means that we didn't have to use our £60 credit note at all and are £11 up on when we started as they did us a deal on the console and 3 games for £195! What a result!! Means that we can get the new guitar hero for it with the credit note on friday and use the £31 from the single buggy to go towards debt as planned!!! Also means we won't have paid a single penny!!!
Oh and SSB.. yes that is the lucious Dani filth in my avatar... *swoon*Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Oooh, good result - hope you get the other one fixed so you can sell it and make some more money towards your debts (or towards your new guitar?
) too, that would be a brilliant outcome.

I've had a *great* idea, put the new xbox and games on ebay, use the profit towards debt apart from £10 for Sarah = 5 new items of clothing and £10 for Steve to go round a few jumble sales and buy himself a set of Ludo and draughts.0 -

lol that'd go down well! But tomorrow if the weather's nice I'm going to go down the market and treat myself to another £2 item of clothing. :PTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
