Don't know about her deliberately picking on a Micra to pull out on......................she said to me afterwards,

    "Where did you come from?"

Errrm........I was visible driving towards you for at least 400m, down a clear straight fairly empty road with no parked cars in a 20 miles an hour zone, up and down over speed humps, in broad daylight, fine weather and dry road .

    Unbelievable reaction isn't it.
Looking at the damage on the side of your car, I would have been tempted to reply:
"Right in front of you! Should have gone to Specsavers" ;)
Hope that you get it sorted OK.
I am with Direct Line, and if you are hit by an uninsured driver, they will go after them to recover your costs.

You are the only one shouting about what they can do, other people such as myself simply sit back and read it with incredulity.
I don't know what you mean when you say "your busy schedule and expertise in all things". Have I made outlandish claims about my ability in any field?
    You certainly have.:)

No matter what you think I gave extra relevant information to reinforce my opinion, much in the same way an engineer would when discussing something which they have professional qualifications.

Put simply by reasons of training and experience my viewpoint on certain subjects is more valid than others, why do I think that of I had made the same comments without explaining why my opinion was valuable you would have said I have no expertise in that area.

You are the kind of person that can't accept when somebody's opinion is more relevant and valid than yours which results in your argumentative and belligerent posts.

So what exactly are you qualifications?
You come over as an ambulance driver, or a mechanic, in a diesel car?

What is an Ambulance driver? Never heard of those, what are they exactly?

As far as being a mechanic, no thanks, the boss of the mechanics then yes.

Why exactly should I have to explain myself to you, and what does driving a diesel have to do with anything?

With such pointless posts as this what exactly are you contributing to this thread?

Or is that to complicated a question.

Hopefully there will be a thread in self abuse that will give you and Andy something else to do rather than just posting drivel.

You both seem jealous of those that are more skilled and trained to a high level in the field of driving.

Though it could be you don't like the Ambulance service in particular, maybe you are firemen.

Hopefully there that thread on self abuse that will keep both of you occupied in a field where you obviously know more than me, I look forward to reading your expert opinions, I have no such expertise.

Just wondered where are the mouth in the previous thread came from, you're the one with all the alleged qualifications having a go at everyone, and it seemed a bit uncalled for.

Ask Geoff, you claim to work there.
    But maybe not after all.

I'm glad you got your tyres sorted, and glad you bought Michelins too - I work in the Michelin factory here,as does SH, so thank you for doing your bit for British Manufacturing!:D

I just got fitted with 2 Michelin Pilots a fortnight ago. :)

This is the first rear wheel drive car i've had and the rear tyres are wider than the front. Does anyone know if this usual?

Front and rear tyres should be the same.
Post up what car it is, steel or alloy wheels, and what it says on them, such at 175/50R13 or 195/60R15 etc, front and rear.
