Hi. I watched the video to the point I saw CCTV footage of a dog being kicked and then a calf being dragged from a stall. I couldn't watch anymore.

Maybe that says more about me than anything else!

    :(

I do sometimes wonder why when I am on the bus or walking along the street, I don't ever find all these bundles of "lost" banknotes though!
Because lost money is grabbed straight away, vultures are everywhere.

Many of these people lead chaotic lives & feed/steal/borrow off each other when they have the opportunity.

If this actually works - we will have more people actively chasing each job. So salaries will drop at the bottom of the scale due to supply and demand - and this will have a knock-on effect all the way up the salary scale. So, salaries will drop - and so will incomes tax revenues, and tax revenue from spending eg VAT, fuel duty, alcohol duty etc. So we will be back to square 1.

Please don't take this as me suggesting that people should be free to refuse suitable work. I'm just pointing out the practical difficulties - the very reasons why politicians have been talking about this since the 1930s and never actually implemented it.

Beware of complacency, all ye people who are in work. If Joe Unemployed comes along, now mad keen to work, and offers to do your job for 10% less than you're earning.....
