No, is actually a very good area! I just need to run somewhere safe with streetlights from time to time - and as I know my way round that area it does the job nicely!

Hypno was reading a mag in the bath and there was a sprout recipe. Some creamy affair but sprouts none the less....I thought of you!
Also had a right laugh at myself. There was an article about Xmas and debt and budgeting and I remember a few years back when I felt it necessary to have friends round after Xmas and spent about £70 on food and booze for us. I didn't HAVE the £70 and had a horrible Jan as a result. These weren't friends who were expecting anything so why did I feel the need to do this?! how far we have all come, souk!
Today is December - can't quite believe how quickly it has come around! Normally I do a big spiel on 1st December about how it is my "new year" for making my plans, resolutions etc, rather than 1st Jan, but this year because I am still waiting to move and do the new finances etc, it will have to wait until later.
So, all I will say is - enjoy your advent calenders!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Ooops! Advent calendar still in boot of car, chocolate probably frozen solid by now. You'd think at 23 DS would have grown out of wanting a calendar wouldn't you?

Thanks for the reminder! I have four advent calendars hidden away, completely forgot about them! Luckily the kids aren't up yet as the schools are closed and the newspapers didn't arrive so no paper rounds. So I can greet them with advent calendars when they come downstairs.
