I went to the UEA for the gig - am there again later in the week to see Squeeze and the Lightning Seeds

Souk - happy payday! Always a nice feeling to wake up to one of those :T

The roads weren't so bad here this morning, plus people had prepared better and were leaving home in good time, so not such an horrific journey to work. I think we are expecting more snow today though, so we shall just have to wait and see.

DS is sick so off school - there is a nasty virus going around, and it is his turn so he is back in bed. I just hope I don't get it - that is the last thing I really need right now (although a couple of days at home in bed could be quite attractive while it is cold outside!).

Hope you all have reasonable days today, all things considered!

He was woken up by the postman about half an hour ago, so he has managed to get a reasonable amount of sleep. I guess he will sleep again this afternoon, have an early night, and feel brighter in the morning (I hope, anyway!).

It is bitterly cold here, but no more snow to get excited/frustrated about today, so it could be a lot worse.
