  • JJ Jingles was nowhere to be found when the kids got home from school but had left them Christmas badges to make and decorate. We checked his elf journal and two gold chocolate coins fell out along with a note saying sorry about the loo roll he played and used and gave us money for it. He also said he was taking my daughter's reindeer Rudy, who she got from the school Christmas fayre yesterday for a walk!

I told the kids he couldn't of gotten very far as I only saw him not a minute before. So the kids started looking for him and they noticed a foot behind one of our long curtains which is near the door. They pulled it back and found Jolly with my scarf around his neck and his other arm around Rudy. They must of hid there when the kids opened the door.;)
  • i have just had to go through some of your blogs as my boys didnt believe other people had magic elves!!! they were really supprised at how different all the elves were but remembered that it says on berties website that elves come in all shapes and sizes etc.

will upload photos to facebook once kids are in bed.

  • hey, what sort of things do your elves do at weekends? I want an active elf and his 1st day tommorow but not sure how we can keep him getting upto mischief when DS will be around(and he will be very new and exciting). I guess the arrival will probably be enough excitement for one day but I think its me more than anyone lol Love the choc coins as payment for ruining things!

Well after finding reg with his head stuckin the pack lunch bags this morning (DS found this sooo funny) the kids came home from school with the terrible twosome no where to be seen.
Aiden found Peppermint having a nap in the fridge in the kitchen but no reg!! They hunted about for another 15 mins before I said I needed carrots snd could someone get them for me - where they found Reg with lots of half eaten carrots around him.

at weekends i leave things for them to make or do - saturday they are going to be left an army dress up outfit each - elves and toys will all be in dressing up clothes as well (chairty shops for dolls n teddys with clothes on, and ebay for small doll oufits!) sunday they will probably be left the grow your own santas.

once the days bits have been seen by us all the elves get moved back to their sleeping bags where they watch what the kids are doing or go rto sleep!!! the elves very rarely move during the day!
