Girlfriend ordered mine from Game back around middle of Sept (birthday present!)

Still no sign of it. Like mentioned previously, have to now wait 15 days to ensure no receipt of goods before any sort of refund considered!

I just know the day i give up and go and buy another copy is the day it'll arrive in the post!

...Cant manage another day of crushing disappointment...:(

Hi Trigger, join the club, still haven't received mine today, but I have been told by the postie that there is a large backlog of parcels at the sorting office so I am hoping that mine is tied up there and will come soon.

& dont be thinking your postal service is likely to get any better when the Govt get there way & sell it off, the best thing you can all do is get out there & demonstrate for your universal postal service - dont be expecting the postal staff to strike on your behalf & lose wages to save your service, Its your Royal Mail & you'll be sorry when it isnt.

or it could be as simple as Game misprinting a batch of addresses
many a time ive seen game,HMV,amazon packets where the printing is illegible or missing large parts

just 5 years ago,every office in the UK would run a clear office policy.

Well i spoke to 2 posties yesterday, the first one said that the office is cleared everyday as you said. But the second, MY postman said lots are off sick and there is a big backlog and they're waiting for extra vans to come. I'm more inclined to go with him!!, but I agree with you it's terrible the way they are treating the postmen and running the Royal Mail down.

I have tried to get people to wake up to this over the years
I saw what was coming
at this point i fear its too late.
the link to the Dundee office is not unique
in my old office(a large 4 postcode office) they did a modernisation/revision of walks about 1.5 years ago
it still doesnt work to this day, and now the next round of cuts are coming.(sorry,they dont call it cuts but modernisation.)
they have done a 'mini revision' of the smallest postcode area this week.
staff are now out till 5pm delivering!
they have a nightshift on to try and get the mail sorted(night shifts ended over 3 years ago)
staff are being hauled in the office for attitude (eg i dont want to be out to 5pm!),threatened with conduct code if they dont complete etc.
its utter carnage.this is the same computer design for all duties in the UK that will be rolled out

I also ordered well in advance with Tesco Entertainment and it arrived Thursday:mad:

Once the postie had been on Tuesday I then went into store and purchased the £25 one with £20 network online credit (keeping that for xmas prezzie) as I didnt want my son coming home from college when it was his birthday gift from Oct 9th!

Phoned T Ent today and they said that it was guaranteed to be there on the day of release and that I will have to pay to return it. You cannot return it to store.
