You have also lied by saying the banks hardly respond to clients themselves. You must know that they HAVE to respond to clients themselves.

they dont take lightly and dont offer the full payout ! beavuse they believe the customers are not backed by any legal help and dont think the cutsomers know what they are entitled to and this is common. if this wasnt and they were such a scam they would not ringing off a fully tracable phone line and wouldnt have been runing since 2008.

That's an interesting quote, you obviously don't know about the FOS form that was produced and that has been published on this site. I used it and got a full refund, all it took 5 mins to fill in and then the cost of a stamp.

So to say that banks hardly respond to their clients is incorrect and I'm sure that the number of people on here that have recieved refunds without using this type of service would also testify.

Why would anyone want to use a paid for service for something that you can do yourself.
yes they do they dont often recicieve the full entitlement.
also many banks paid out small ammounts of compensation to customers with out them knowing what they were settling for. they often accpeted a quater of what they were owed.

"Copper", "kettle" and "black" are the three words that spring to mind.

You have NO EVIDENCE to support that allegation and, as one of your competitors has observed, you have lied on this thread - so why should we believe you?

Furthermore, they KNOW that they WILL be inspected by the FSA to ensure the work is done properly. Files WILL be checked at random and staff WILL be interviewed - including staff of any external contractors.

Some human error is inevitable but they cannot afford for it to be systemic.

The staff they employ to do the work will be experience in this work and will normally hold financial services qualifications.

Of course you need no qualifications or relevant knowledge to get yourself authorised as an ambulance chaser. What relevant qualifications do you have Smiler:Dxx?

    A few words of advice.

Firstly, it would be a good idea if you went out and bought yourself a dictionary (as your posts clearly show you don't own one).

Once bought, flick through it to 'H' and look up the word hypocrite.

How can you complain about how the banks treat people (e.g. cold calling to sell PPI, hiding the cost in the small print, charging too much, shoddy treatment of complaints, commission driven behaviour)?

You do EXACTLY the same to your own customers. Just have a read of this thread from the start!

Many people can look up the Oxford English Dictionary free of charge online using their library card.

You are not working for Amazon or Waterstones, are you!
