Morning, or is it afternoon already? :o

Chuffing freezing here, my friend and her little one have been and gone, coffee cake decluttered and DS's bedroom thoroughly destroyed! LR and kitchen clean and tidy so going to spend the afternoon sorting and washing the HUGE bag of clothes for DS2 that we got out of the loft last night, and then sorting his too small things into a bag (and taking pics for ebay) so he has some clothes that fit him!!

    Pizza for lunch first :)
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

    WW 37lb (2 STONE 9lbs! :j ) lost since July, 11tybillion to go...

Pooh and sockdrawer - I love snow but not yet!

Pooh I like your new avie and sockdrawer - how are you getting on with your cream. DH had a patch of psoriasis for about 5 years the size of his entire hand on his leg. My sister gave him a tube of cream she had from her GP (yes I know) and it cleared it completely. He just keeps it moisturized now and even the brown patch which was left is barely visible now.

Natty big hugs sweetie for you and your family

We've been rearranging the living room over the weekend, need some new furniture in there but I don't want to part with one of the pieces we have so I've been trying to see where else in the house it can go but I've not had any luck so far. All hoovered and dusted in there - even the ash which had blown everywhere in the strong winds last night.

DS3 watching ballymorry - there's a blast from his past and DS1 will be home soon for lunch

Going to do HH on here now as I have my first Governor meeting later.

  • Hi There!

Do you have room for another newbie? Love flylady and the lists you've done are fab so would love to follow them if thats ok?

I love housework and organising but due to the usual time restraints (work, two kids, husband!) i often find I'm chasing my tail! This list will give me the kick up the backside and focus I need!

    Thanks so much!

    Mornin' all!

Brr! Tis cold today, very wet & miserable & there is snow in the higher parts of the county.

Natty sorry to hear your bad news, I hope their treatment goes well & is successful.
I also feel strongly about Remembrance Day, I'm pleased more places observe the two minutes silence now. Doing the family history makes you realise what the WW1 & WW2 generations went through.

    My list:

Monday ~ Living room, Hallway and Porch!
    Level One
Remove all the floor clutter and vacuum/Sweep/Mop
Move furniture and clean under it if you are able.. please don't injure yourselves!
    Level Two
Pile up all the hotspots into one and have a work through with a nice hot cuppa!! (or 3)
Vacuum and wipe sofas.. don't forget the backs.. they too get dusty and grubby
vacuum shades on lamps and wipe the bases.
    Level Three
Sort coats and shoes, bags and hallway gibble, umbrellas and wellies!
    Dust degrot electrical appliances
Dust light fittings and picture rails

Did okay with the jobs outside at the weekend, will add some more when I get home later

    Jobs:
    Garden:
    [STRIKE]Cut down & cover gunnera[/STRIKE]
