I'm the same. Says I've already played. I played on Tuesday and not since. The page was old style on Tuesday!
I've won 3 x £1 and 2 x £5 and they have stopped £1 and both of the £5 so in total £2 winnings. Think it's a bit of a joke especially when people have said they have won £600 worth and I can't even get a fiver boo hoo velvet!

It let me play once today but when my daughter came round who has a different address from me it told her she had played today. I think its now picking up the ISP and so wont let you play twice a day through the same server. A bit mean when it says once per household not everyone is lucky enough to have a laptop.

Just tried to register to play this for the first time ever but struggled to read the 'spam guard code' and couldn't see an option to get an alternative one. Made a couple of wrong guesses so inputted my details again and it came up saying I had already played today?

Do you have to register every time you play or just the once?

This is strange as I received a letter to say I could not claim my £5 winnings as I ONLY sent the bar code and I now need to send the rest of the wrapper! I thought they would only need the barcode so opted for that seeing as I couldn't fit the whole packet in my envelope

I was wondering, if you have multiple wins from different days can you put them all in the same envelope or is it one claim per envelope? Just thinking if you have to send the whole packaging the cost of the postage is going to make smaller wins not worth claiming if done individually?

I would say not (putting them all in one envelope) as they give the money back for 2nd class postage but may be worth ringing them or putting it on their fb page. good luck!
