not sure waiting to hear from them . but i think maybe go to watchdog or the papers lol ..... if i dont get anywhere . and how can they ban people they run the promotion andhave changed the advice they give out many times ie promotional wrappers .. then they said just the bar code off any 9 pack with same code .... me thinks double standards here !

just spoke to the above not edwin but another they just laughed and said seems to be a !!!! up ........ from start to finish ..... but will pass my details on and contact me to. so lets wait and see . and ive not been told by velvert im blocked so do i play or not .mmmmmmmm

I've had the same bloomin' letter. I claimed for two lots of £5 about a month ago. I stopped playing as I thought it wasn't going to be paid but then yesterday, I played on the offchance and won £100! Sure that that won't now be honoured. On their FB page it said you could only play once per day per email/mail address. This apparently seems to be once every 24 hours so unless you actually noted down the time you played one day, and played after 24 hours the next, you were deemed to have played twice in one day! Bloody ridiculous.

There's a thread on their FB page called "we want our winnings". Might be worth us all posting here too.

I'm going to keep playing and if I win I'm going to post off the claim form as normal.

I haven't finished with them yet and it could have been a mistake giving us a freephone number to call.

i thought if you tried to play more than once per day it stated already played today !!!!

It always let me know if I tried to play too soon after the previous day!
I never understood why they didn't make it one play per day as in 00:01 to 00:00!

Ok, I've arrived home to a letter saying that I can't have my cheque because I entered 24 times that day :eek::eek::eek: Thats utter b*llsh*t!!!! I've only got 2 email addy's and it won't let me enter before the 24hrs are up :(:( I'm not a happy camper.

I've just played and won £1....didn't bother claiming. Is it just a rumour that we are all barred from entering again???

Over on the FB page, they say as long as you play within the rules no-one will be barred....
