I had a letter today also, when I rang they said that the 'Household' was excluded from the competition. They are reviewing the situation and she said to ring back in a week to see if a decision had been made. My husband did not get a letter but that seems to make no difference. I'm not bothering now until it is sorted one way or the other.

I have a couple of questions:
1. If I live in a shared house, are we all in a same household?
2. If I exactly need to know what the terms and conditions says, and I have to follow that, why don't they need to do the same?
(I mean most of the time, they didn't send over the cheques in 28 days)
3. If I received a letter what says I'm not allowed to get that prize what I claimed for, which one was that, and what about the other wins? I'm waiting more than one prizes so far.

Not happy - they have refused to pay my daughter's win of £100. Saying that her household had played 44 times??
Rubbish.

They also refused to pay her other win as the packaging was not promotional packaging.

I am now officially cross!!
