first i called the number on the letter ...... told them what the letter said ...... and that it seemed to confuse the facts . ie played once and won ...... but only allowed to play once so they say . where had i broke the terms .etc.. and also contacted the company that velvert referred to in letter (ipmarketing) and told them . they said would contact me, but gave them all the details ...... have not heard from them as yet but maybe they got in contact with velvert . but got a call early today to say will pay me . good luck to all.

But neither Jasmine Luck or Barbara Ward who asked a similar question mentioned whether or not they were entering in their relatives name on the same day as other entries they were putting in.

That could make the diiference between receiving their prizes or forfeiting them.

I called Velvet and eventually they gave me the address of their head office to write a complaint to. No offer to send me my cheques and am owed around £600

I know that Velvet say they will pay out if you only enter once a day per household but has anyone had a cheque from them in the last 3 weeks?

I phoned them about a missing cheque and thay said that they were behind because of all the bank holidays. Should be getting our cheques soon

i cant believe i got a letter today saying they were not paying my £1 win unless i send the bar code. i have only won 2 x £5 with this game and both times i have not sent the bar code. i have played for my hubby on alternative days and he has won 1 x £5. i have some bar codes from tissue packs but they are differnt bar codes to the one i put in. should i send it or just forget about the £1. for goodness sake for the sake of £1 i would forfeit it, not desperate for it, but i think they are taking things a bit far now. i think i will give up on this game now but there is nothing like seeing themoney drop off the tree even if you just win £1!! i also note that they have changed the first page where you enter your details as now you have a drop down menu to pick your address out.

yes they did change the page and i didnt play for nearly 2months try today and it says already played its a bit funny i think they just dont want to pay anymore money.
cant we do anything abut it?

i dont think they thought so many people would enter this so much. im composing a letter in my head about complaining about the competition.

Just to let you know, I have never entered this competition before (as I am new to comping) and I just tried and it told me that I had entered already today!!!

I have emailed them.
