Just a quick reminder to anyone still thinking about buying one of these vouchers
(or three when you get carried away :o ), the offer expires on December 31st.
  • Quick question to those who ordered, how long did the voucher take to arrive? I ordered on the 13th and have received nothing yet, is this normal or should I be chasing them up?
  • it took a few days for me but that was a while ago when post wasnt as busy or delayed by weather..
  • Thanks - ordered one for Jan and Feb for Hubbie (and me!) - can't wait!

Mine also came within a couple of days of ordering but that was earlier in the month before the weather got bad.

If i were you, I think I would give them a call just to double check. If you've bought it for a Christmas gift, perhaps they will be able to do something for you by email until the voucher turns up in the mail.
  • bought mine earlier this month and just wanted to say how nice the staff are, also had a confirmation letter from the hotel.

has anyone booked a twin? It seems the executive rooms only contain a 'double bed'
    thanks

I would also be interested in getting a twin room with this offer,
has anyone managed to book a twin or are they all doubles ?
