Quick question to those who ordered, how long did the voucher take to arrive? I ordered on the 13th and have received nothing yet, is this normal or should I be chasing them up?

Mine also came within a couple of days of ordering but that was earlier in the month before the weather got bad.

If i were you, I think I would give them a call just to double check. If you've bought it for a Christmas gift, perhaps they will be able to do something for you by email until the voucher turns up in the mail.

bought mine earlier this month and just wanted to say how nice the staff are, also had a confirmation letter from the hotel.

Going to book the one in newcastle, taking my friend for her 30th, and a twin would be needed, hotel gets mixed review on trip advisior but we will be shopping for most of the weekend , and taking advantage of the DBB deal :j
