You can book on bank holiday weekend as i booked 1st and 2nd January today, i dont think they are to bothered as long as hotel not fully booked up.
  • No idea about this nice helpful lady Wendy, whom all you guys talking about.
The gentleman I talked to was not that helpful, and seems in a hurry to finish it up.

No idea why hotels assign these people to a place where you get the first impression of the hotel.

Anyone know what the one in Wallingford near Oxford is like please?
And just to clarify to save a shock later, is it £99 per person or for 2 people? Sorry, am sure this is a stupid question but have a little lad with an ear infection that's kept me up all night!

Sorry this is late, I stayed at the one in Wallingford a long time ago, it was lovely, very old, our room was meant to be haunted.
It's a really good area to visit too.

I went early this year and it's a short walk to the Metro station and a 2 minute ride to the shops!!!
  • Thanks Cagan, just booked as a gift for my parents, solves the question what do I do for their wedding anniversary and mums birthday as both are big events next year but they aren't into parties, I'm sure they'll love this!
