I have indeed and have a download of the lovely Hypno on my phone. I might have to listen to it this evening as have had very stressful encounter with someone at work this afternoon - my chilledoutedness wore off pretty fast. Ah well, off home to cuddle Mr S and the cat

Eurgh, well went home and had a good rant last night, didn't sleep particularly well - woke up in middle of the night and was awake for ages thinking about work stuff... did try some of the 'stress busting' exercises though and eventually went back to sleep. Disappointed that we have no snow this morning! It's actually quite a nice sunny day though so far, and I feel slightly more positive since I've started dealing with the stuff from yesterday. Still kind of on edge though.

Had an email from my old landlady today saying that there was a council tax bill for me - I hadn't paid the last month, oops! £60 I hadn't accounted for, but have paid it now.. sigh!

Ah well, looking forward to the green meeting later, dinner at posh restaurant tomorrow (thanks to Groupon voucher) and farmers market at the weekend.

Green meeting was good - nice to talk to like-minded people! I'm on the small team dealing with waste, so I will be preparing to show colleagues how use scans instead of paper copies, and recycle everything in sight We're also going to try to arrange a green event - fairtrade/ organic lunch and/ or freecycling type event - sounds good!

Thanks Sea! A lot of it will be fairly easy as they made a start on it last year, the main challenge seems to be convincing people that it's worth doing.

Off home now for chilli con carne and nachos.. mmm nachos... always make me think of Homer Simpson's nacho hat :rotfl:

Morning! I enjoyed the nachos.. unfortunately the cat decided to enjoy the water from the soaking chilli con carne pan this morning and throw up just as I was getting ready to go to work - lovely!

Mr Squizz is having a day off today and I am so jealous - just hoping for a quick, quiet day and then we're off out for dinner tonight

Lol no I did it - aren't I nice? (well to be honest didn't want her to run through it and make a mess!)

Really looking forward to dinner - not been out for a while. Plus the voucher was £16 (and I bought it a few months ago) and gives us £40 off so it should be a cheap night! :T
