Next £10 voucher off £20 spend

So unimpressed, received the £10 voucher for the Mum of the year, order pleaced, order cancelled by next??? now they say I can't have the voucher back as it has been used?????

have just called up and grumbled... getting £10 credited to my account great if it happend ,, but we will wait and see before getting to excited..

Still have not had my code. I have emailed both Bounty and Next to see what they have to say for themselves. 4th November my *ss.
I don't know who is to blame but all I can say is firstly I am getting charged for humungous, environmentally unfriendly Next directories I don't want, and now they are not even giving the measly £10 voucher they promised.

you realise you can cancel the directories, I did it on the phone but i think you can do it online now

Yes thanks, I saw on another thread earlier this week. And emailed them to say I do not want them and never have. So finally got this cleared up although I had been paying for them for about a year and didn't know I could opt out.
Better late than never though!

They told me that I had to have one after not getting a slot for the last three sales. Whether that's true or not is another question.

I have emailed and had no reply! So a phone number would be great!
