i still havent had my email from next , so i rang them and asked to be put through there marketing dept . they said my email address wasnt on there list so i had to contact bounty who dont appear to have a phone number on there web site ? has anyone had the same problem ? ?:(

Kind of, next are looking into it for me but I'm not holding my breath! These things always happen to me, my daughter had her heart set on some boots but I cant afford them at full price!

I'm another still waiting, this is the second time I have had problems when they have run this offer. I would love to chase up my voucher but have no idea who to contact.

hi i'm in the same boat as you! If you go onto the bounty website and go onto my bounty then there is a little box on the right hand side that says contact us. You can try that but they will just tell you to contact Next you can do this on the bottom of the website where it says contact us, this will give you the email link and the phone number.

I haven't got mine either. I got the last one no problem but the only thing I've had this time is a request to review a purchase. Grrrr.

I just spoke to them and they told me that the £ 10.00 is not for everybody. You needed to spend a certain amount....great.

They sent me a £ 5.00 + free delivery last week but i will not get the £ 10.00 as i did not spend enough:mad::mad:
