For anyone who wants to phone them you need to phone customer services (the number's at the bottom of the website) and ask to speak to the marketing department (nobody's there now until tomorrow). They said that they have been "swamped" with emails, so I'm guessing that there are a lot of people who are still waiting for their codes - all is not lost!

well yeah but I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back (after being passed around a lot), so as soon as I find anything out I will let you know.

Has anyone got their items they have ordered yet? I just recieved mine today. When the order went throught it showed the discount and my total was fine when order complete the 10 pounds had been deducted. I have now checked my statement to find that the total now is up 10 pounds:eek:!!?? Has anyone else had this happen? Wish i had taken a screen print of the order total now because of the difference between final order total and statement total. :think:

Mine is showing at full price too i will wait a while and if it dont show i will call them last time it showed full price but then next added a £10 credit to my account so maybe it will be the same this time

I got my goods monster m & have checked & the same thing has happened to me - wondering if it will show as 'gift card payment' though when invoice/statement comes though & come back off/
I wanted to return my item for a smaller size & was wondering - does anyone know if I will lose the £10 discount if I do this?

Just used my code. I thought it was just for new customers too but you have to click the link on the email and enter your code so new and old customers can use it. And I used the free delivery code from voting aswell so I saved £14! Can't wait for it to arrive tomorrow!

Received my pin and registered it through link, had problems ordering online and phoned customer services, they said the code was showing on account and ordered over phone, discount will show as credit when next bill comes in.
