Their new directory will be out in about 6 weeks so they start to run their stock low, it often gets like this towards the end

Hi all, new to these forums. Got my voucher pin for this promo from Next. I'm a new customer at next so I clicked the link in the email, entered my PIN and began shopping. I had some items in my basket totalling £20 and so I went to checkout. At this point, I had no option but to sign up for a new account and I proceeded to do so. I got all the way to the final payment screen (the point of entering card details) with no £10 discount applied! Not only that but there was no option to enter the free delivery code throughout the entire process (and believe me I didn't miss it, it wasn't there!!!).

After tearing a little hair out, I decided to follow the suggestion of another forum member and call Customer Services. They told me that I had to put the order through at full price and that I should call back once the order had arrived and they would refund me the £10. She even told me that this process for new customers was in the terms and conditions of the email I'd received, which is absolute rubbish! Everyone on the forum seems to already be a customer at Next, has anyone else who is a NEW CUSTOMER had this same experience or did it work for you?

Someone please post about how to use £10 discount and free delivery code as a new customer! Thanks [FONT=&quot][/FONT]

When they email you the code,there's a link that takes you straight through to the page that has your voucher code,and then you can start shopping. You have to spend £20 to get the £10 taken off though.
