This stuff about Next insisting you must have a credit account is untrue...
i had to set up my non-credit account by phone and post, but i have only ever paid up front by debit card at the time of ordering, either online or by phone, and they have not done a credit account in my name or it have shown on my report which i recently checked.0 -
:TFinally got it to work, both the free delivery (which I have already used once on the order I have returned today) and the money off code :j Shame I have had to do a duplicate order though.0

My order arrived today much to my surprise and i never classify for next day delivery, free yes but never next day as im classified as highlands and islands. When i decided to check the code again it worked this time. Decided to return all my items wait for account to be amended and i will reorder again with the money off code. Not sure why it is now accepting it when the customer services women said i will not get money off being an existing customer (new customers only i was told) Just back from the post office only to find i had forgot to include the returns slip  Had to give them a phone again, dread the next phone bill!

Another 2 questions:
Has anyone who has already ordered with Next (so not a new customer) siccessfully used the code in the email?
Has anyone used the code (or passed it on) and also let someone else use it so more than one person has ordered with the code in the email?
Thank you.Debt free

Yes I placed an order last night with my code and I used my existing next account number. I just logged in as normal after clicking through link in the e-mail. The discount didn't show until checkout. Hope that helps0 -

No code here either, i wonder why they have had so many problems sending the code out? Surely they have a list of emails to send the code to, copy paste send?
I wouldn't usually mind but I am receiving their normal emails without any problemsComping wishlist for 2017

I have also used it as an existing customer. Also used the last one they offered for Father of the Year. Once you click through the link and log into your account, AFAIK the discount is stored there even if you don't order straight away - last time I wasn't going to use it, but the discount was still there when VIP sale slots went live , so I had a nice bonus £10 off my order! This time the voucher expires on 19 Dec though, unfortunately, before the sale I presume.0 -
