    So unhappy that i havent recieved this code :(

    Does anyone know if its the same code that everyone gets or is it an special code for each customer?

    Oh if anyone has an email address for them i would be very greatful! It seems funny they will send me an email to say my statement is online but there not as quick to send me this voucher grrrr!!!

    After 2 emails and no reply I finally decided to call them and see if i would have more luck.

    For anyone who wants to phone them you need to phone customer services (the number's at the bottom of the website) and ask to speak to the marketing department (nobody's there now until tomorrow). They said that they have been "swamped" with emails, so I'm guessing that there are a lot of people who are still waiting for their codes - all is not lost!
