Since both Bounty and Next ignored my emails sent on Saturday, I emailed them both again this morning and finally got a reply from Next about 20 mins ago. Next explain they have had trouble sorting my £10 off code because they could not locate my account number from the email I used to sign up to Bounty. Funny - what would they have done had I been a new customer! Pah :mad:

well i emailed them they have sent me out a new code but told me to use the link via an email i had before but i never got an email from them so cant use the code i have emailed them again

I guess they must have sent all the code out then and those of us that are missing them will have to chase them up

I too just got a email from next with a new code but have to link though the first email. I know I did recive it but do u think i can find it in my inbox now grr.

Same, I have never known anything like this! Talk about jumping through hoops.
It has been so long, I have had to e-mail them AGAIN and ask for another copy of the email. I did take down a copy of the free delivery code from the email but not the link.

The time this has taken me in emailing next and looking for emails sent weeks ago, I may as well have just worked an extra hour at work! Complete JOKE
