Next £10 voucher off £20 spend

I contacted Next via e-mail and they sent me the code for the £10 off after 2 days. I've just used it together with a free delivery code I found here:

I contacted next by email, no reply, by phone told me to contact Bounty! Contacted Bounty and they have taken my details and someone will get back to me! Then finally had an email reply from next, took a week, stating to contact Bounty! Waiting on Bounty now! Never again!!!

I emailed Next last night via the 'contact us' button on the website. They have literally just emailed me back apologising for the inconvenience and have given me my Pin Number.

To get the pin code requested I went though to Next.

I am already a next account holder so i logged into my account
then clicked on the help section.

in right hand courner is contact us email click though

then theres a drop down menu chose next directory
another drop down list appears an i chose other.
just fill out the boxes an explain you have not recivied mum of the year code.

i did get an e mail witin 48 hours hope it helps the rest of you who have not got your codes yet

Thanks again, I did this at 9.45 and got my code by 12.45 - 3 hours!

Thanks to everyone for the info about how best to contact them - as Ziggy Stardust says they were v quick - I sent my message when I got back from lunch (1pm ish) and have had my code already - very efficient!

I have just emailed next again! As you all seem to be getting your codes when you email them and al I got yesterday was a reply to contact Bounty! Finger Crossed I need to get 1 more thing for my son and would like to save some money!!!

I emailed Next about 2pm today, got an email back within 10 mins with my pin code and an apology! my goodies being delivered tomorrow

I spent mine on a Christmas garland, I'm very pleased indeed
