Next £10 voucher off £20 spend

i couldn't figure out how to get free delivery either but if you log out and then go to log in again there is a box under where you put your password that says discount code(or something) and that where you put it.

Where are you all entering the £10 code please? I have gone to place order but have still not seen a place to enter my code only a complete order button which I dont want to press as it will add the whole balance to my account not minus the £10 if that makes sense.
Should I not be signed in???????

Sorted cant work out how to get free delivery also but will just get delivered to store.

Hi you have to go through the link on the email and paste it in the box there, mine won't work and I have sent yet another email to next!

I didn't have to put my code in anywhere. When I got the email I just click on the image in the email and it took me straight to next. When I added something to my basket it took the 10 off and it showed up as a 'welcome' discount.

I finally got mine sorted via next the other day. They said sorry for the delay but I was entitled to one.
I had explained in my mail that I had got the free deliv code so clearly was logged on the system and entitled to the voucher.

Although now, I have just got this email from Bounty:

With regards to your recent email referring to the Next Voucher for our Celebrity Mum of the Year competition.

I can confirm that we have checked your email address against our records and unfortunately you are not eligible for the offer as it appears that you were not logged in at the time of voting.

I am sorry but we are not able to provide you with any further information as we have investigated this as far as possible.

The exact same thing has happened to me, got my code from next yesterday and ordered my daughters boots then got an email just before from bounty saying that i wasn't logged in! They don't seem to have a clue whats going on!

They(Bounty) have now just forwarded me a blank email with the txt from my last post at the bottom of the email.
Is it april fools or something?! No wonder there have been all these issues.... these people don't know how to operate computers let alone give vouchers to people who voted in good faith.

I eventually received another code via Next on line help and this one worked this time :j have ordered my plum kettle & toaster and Microwave for my new kitchen Thanks everyone for the suggestions as I would have given up trying to get the code. Hang on in there and keep emailing Next to get it, hope everyone else gets theirs.
