I still haven't got mine either. Have emailed them and they've just emailed me back saying I have to ring them. Best of it is that the things I wanted are now sold out! Typical.

Mine had a minimum spend of £20 on it which was annoying as I only wanted something for £15.
  • Thanks for all the advice on this thread but I'm in need of more help please - never used Next online before and finding it all rather confusing :o

I used my £10 pin code and placed my order but forgot to use the free delivery code. So I emailed them and they credited my account with £3.99. I received my goods today and want to pay straight away rather than have a credit account, but my account just shows £3.99 credit. Anyone else got something similar?

I'm guessing my purchase cost (minus the £10) won't appear on my account until December so I can't pay until then :(
  • finally got my voucher, used it online and used free delivery to store, easier for me than order to home... woohoo at last !!! What a hassle tho!
  • my mum and i have both emailed next but they've never replied so neither of us have the code yet :(

  • The whole thing was a complete hassle and took over an hour to make an order yesterday. Basically Next had somehow mashed an account together for me using my email address and a very old home address, based on an incomplete order I considered making online 2 years ago then decided not to put through - you wouldn't believe the trouble it can cause when they do that! Didn't even have a customer number to quote. In the end I called Next and spoke to 3 different ladies, who were all very nice but it was only the last lady who could really help...basically she managed to close the odd account, but by that point I'd tried to put an order through using my email address and the Bounty code, so the Bounty code was no longer valid. Next have offered to put my order through on a new Next Directory account and will take the £10 off my account manually once I've received the goods. Which means I have to call again. Of course they've now opened a credit account for me which I'm not that happy about, wanted to pay by debit card to avoid temptation in the future...
  • Where is there contact email address on Bounty site ?

Can not find it as still not recieved voucher
  • I emailed Next on 24 November and got my code this afternoon :)
