I received the c6004 free delivery code by email but still not received any email for voucher...my daughter is the same.. whats best action to take?

I emailed Next on Sunday via the 'contact us' bit of their website as I hadn't received my code. My code came through yesterday evening.

many thanks to fizzio an ziggy stardust for the link info have done a quick click though an does bring the page up. not tried the pin code yet though as not got time hoping it will work later..........:beer:

To get the pin code requested I went though to Next.

I am already a next account holder so i logged into my account
then clicked on the help section.

in right hand courner is contact us email click though

then theres a drop down menu chose next directory
another drop down list appears an i chose other.
just fill out the boxes an explain you have not recivied mum of the year code.

i did get an e mail witin 48 hours hope it helps the rest of you who have not got your codes yet
