I foolishly bought some wallpaper and christmas stuff last week thinking I wouldn't get my pin. Shame I can't use it against my statement.

I still haven't heard back from Next. They definately don't like me.
• Just spoken to Next cust services for the third time after having 2 emails ignored. They told me I had already benefited from a Bounty £10 voucher in August...tried to explain this competition didnt finish until 5th November but advisor was having none of it. Made me look like a complete fool and then insisted it was Bounty who sent the code out  .... as if Im the only one asking for this code duh!Spoke to a supervisor who had apparently never heard of next sending out the pin. Now being told to email directory_marketing@next.co.uk so hope this will help someone still having problems.
Seriously thinking is it it worth all the hassle??? :(
• I have contacted Bounty about my pin code not coming, I got a reply yesterday saying they were looking into it.

Hope this helps people
