Am I reading that right??? Heck & I thought I had my hands full with a 14 & 15 yr old pair of hormonal DS's. I'm not too sure but I think that the girl who delivers our free " Citizen" paper may fancy one of my DS's as we have now had 15 delivered in 24 hrs :o

  • I have DSs 20 and 17. I also have a DD age 2 and one brewing (20 weeks) so due March.

Some parts of being a mum are second nature and some of it seems really new. Were my DSs really that well behaved or is it a mum with fond memories?

My oh has to sit in the garden with the rabbit for male company at the mo!

that's what my husband said when we got our rabbit, it would have to be my daughter so i wasn't the only female in the house :D

i know we're not supposed to say there are differences between boys and girls but i have been noticing recently at all the toddler groups that the girls are much calmer and better behaved than the boys, their mums look less frazzled and in most cases have had time to do their hair etc. before leaving the house. the mums of little girls sit chatting over coffee while the mums of boys chase them around getting them out of toilets, kitchens, scraps etc.

  • Exactly 3 years between my two, DS was born on DD's 3rd birthday.
  • 3 boys and 2 girls 34 33 25 14 13 last 2 are hardest they resent having such old parents. Mind you with first 2 I was the youngest parent at the school gates.

My elder daughter is nearly 28 and my younger daughter is 25 at the end of this month so there's just under 3 years between them. I had a miscarriage when my elder daughter was about a year old so there could have been a smaller gap.

I was happy to have girls too , but often wonder if the 2 miscarriages I had were boys.
Same old same old since 2008

  • I have a 19 month old and am expecting number 2 in january, when our daughter will about around 22 months old..

There is 23 months between my 2 dd's (dd2 wasn't planned BTW) and then a 4 and a half year gap between dd2 and ds. We didn't really want any more kids, but we wouldn't be without him now - he's fab:)
