Actually my friends are funny, when i first became pregnant with my 2 year old, they would say, Oh you must be mad, I would never do it again not now they can cope for themselves, but since I had my daughter one of them has a 7 month old baby girl and another is also pregnant. Seems they have realised it is not scary, after all if I can do it anyone can! And as I said earlier if I had room, she would have a brother or sister on the way.0

Mine are 31 27 and 16 All DSs.
Youngest was final chance for a girl..but wouldn't swap him for anything he's lovely.
Maybe I'll get a granddaughter one of these days. :rotfl::hello: Never say Never :smileyhea0 -
I've two boys aged 4 & 3, there's just 16 months between them which was  when they were smaller, but now they play really well together and are into the same things
I'm forever being asked if we'll have a third to try for a girl  , so I always answer 2 hands, 2 children.0 -
Three girls 13, 11 and 3. Everyone thought we were mad when we decided to have the little one, couldn't belive we wanted to do it all over again. We love it, better this time round as we're older, more experienced and more chilled.
Did think about having another when she was about 1 but don't have anymore room in the house or the car so decided to stick to 3.0 -
Kellywelly - theres 12 1/2 yrs between me and my 16 yr old brother, and we love it, have never ever had a row and are v.close, he likes fact he its easier to talk to big sis than mum/dad and a bit cooler to turn up with sis than a parent if nervous to go somewhere alone ie recent college interveiw.
i think age gap helped my mum too as i was always wanting to help look after him ever since he was born
where as my 2 boys 12 and 9 fight like cat and dog :eek:unless someone else upsets one of them, then they will stick together like glue:)0 -
kellywelly wrote:Oh gosh so far it looks like I have quite a large age gap between my oldest and youngest (16 and a half years) compared to others, having this gap is really great you know, its like starting all over again, Personally I would recommend it to anyone, I get to regress all over again its brilliant.
if we have another big IF lol then it wouldnt be until about another 6 years ideally and then our 2 boys will be 16 & 10 years
Theres 5yrs 11 months between them ,now 10 and 4
I love having this size gap,i could never see me having 2 or more ! at home / not at school at one time
they get on well, when the lil one isnt beating up the older one  lol
and the eldest has always been so tolerant of him,no jealousy when i was pregnant etc as he was that bit older
for us its been a good age gap0 -

I got that as well. Now I am pregnant everyone assumes I only want a girl.
I'm not bothered what sex the baby is. Husband wants a girl, and the boys want a baby brother though, so whatever happens, someone will be disappointedHere I go again on my own....0
