I didn't get a chance to post yesterday as I was worn out! I had my first ever stall at my son's school fair on Saturday. I took £70 in sales in 4 hours
I've worked it out roughly and after taking off the table fee (£7) and the materials, I've made about £30 profit
My best seller was the dog biscuits! I was up until 1.30am yesterday morning bagging up dog biscuits thinking to myself that I'd totally lost the plot. They were the first item I sold and all 8 packs had sold out in the first hour :rotfl:
I've got plenty of stock left and two more fairs at my daughters schools on the next two saturdays. I did try and take a photo of the stall, but camera batteries were dead, so I'll have to try again next week.
Thanks to everyone on this thread for all the support:)

As anyone got a pic of there dog biscuits bags and how much do you sell them forI Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It0

still no camera batteries and I sold them all anyway, so nothing to photograph! they were in a cello bag with a topper thingy, all of mine are white card with something printed on, corners rounded, folded over and double sided tape stuck down. I sold them at 50p per pack. I'm selling at school fairs, so trying to sell some cheaper bits. I'm also keeping everything to £1 or 50p multiples as it makes adding up and change easier
I'll be making more for this weekend so will try and photograph then.0 -

dont be dis heartened with the poor turn out at the craft fair. personally i wouldn't turn out on a weekend with all that snow if it wasn't necessary.
I did a xmas market last week but luckily it was indoors and i was extremely pleased with the £410 i brought home but more pleasing was the empty spare room upstairs.. at last i can see the floor to clean up0 -
I have been thinking about doing craft fayres too, but I haven't the nerve
Do people ever share stalls?
This thread is ever so inspiring
I'm doing a range of Christmas sock animals, but I wouldn't have enough stock to fill a stall.0 -
