hello can anyone help i have been in esa appeal since feb 2012 and was just wondering how many cwp i am entitled to in the yo10 area, many thanks x0

Are you on income related ESA or contributions ESA. If the latter then you will not get them regardless as they are only paid out for people on means tested benefits.0

I am on income related.0

Hi Ginger
Thought you had won the appeal and were just waiting for the back payment to arrive. If that is so then you will get the CWP's due once that arrives.
There is however a link at the top of this thread that you can click on to check what ones were paid out during this past winter for your postcode. 2nd one down I think it is, so that will at least tell you this years.0 -
yea ur right i have just wanted to no how many would be coming i guess, oh great thankyou will check that out now0

In the CWP period 01/11/12 to 31/03/13 one CWP was made for the YO10 area (the weather station is Linton on Ouse)
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/social-fund-cold-weather-payment-summary-statistics-april-2013--2
The above is the final weekly summary for the winter 2012/13 CWP scheme and includes the amount of times each area had a trigger for a CWP in the period 01/11/12 to 31/03/13.
Further details can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-work-pensions/series/social-fund-cold-weather-payments-statistics0 -
Any way to find out historical records for a postcode?
Won ESA appeal and nothing in back payments covering winter 12/13.
Thanks0 -

The annual Cold Weather Payments report, which lists how many triggers each weather station had in winter 2012/2013 can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/social-fund-cold-weather-payment-summary-statistics-april-2013
Unfortunately the report at the above link doesn't list in which weeks those triggers were reached.0 -

You'll need to know which weather station covers your postcode.
The full list (for the current year) can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/2538/pdfs/uksi_20132538_en.pdf
There have been very few changes to weather stations since last winter so the list should be (almost) valid for last winter.0
