  • Thankyou for that, I had a feeling I was entitled to one because my son is disabled but I wasnt 100% because it wasnt in yet.
    I am having problems with it loading too this morning it just keeps timing out x

    Sorry its taken me a while to get back to you, not been well today! Im with Southern Electric for both my gas and electricity. U qualify for a lower tariff if you are on any state benefit. But my provider said they were sending me an application form through for me to fill in and then id be put on a lower tariff (social tariff i do believe) but i STILL havent got that application form, been waiting AGES!!! Going to ring them tomorrow i think. ps- has anyone received a cold weather payment yet (im in south yorkshire)

    Is Monday some kind of 'trigger day' because looking at this thread it seems most people have been getting their trigger notices on a Monday.
