If you are in receipt of Pension Credit, Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance or Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), you may also be able to get Cold Weather Payments.
Pension Credit
If you are in receipt of Pension Credit, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments.
Income Support and Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance

- Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
- a child under five living with you
If you are in receipt of Income-related ESA, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments if you also have any of the following:- the support or work-related component of ESA

2nd trigger for my postcode today....had checked yesterday I think it was and was still one but has been updated to 2 today. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
