It's been a few pages, so I understand if you forgot the fact that I published the stats in graph form.
It's a flaw you have, forgetting facts.
Nevermind, here's a reminder again for you.
Try to remember the methodology used. It helps to understand why individual monthly figures can be noisy and fluctuate a bit.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

As per the above graph I published, I clearly showed the £11k drop in November.
You clearly didn't notice the rise earlier in 2010 from £202,332 in Jan 10 up to £235,088 in August.
That said, I understand that individual monthly averages cannot be simply used in a direct monthly comparison due to the methodology used (no mix adjusting):wall:

Hos does that correlate to the figures released from the Register of Scotland Executive Agency?
How does a dead cat bounce higher than the previous peak?
Prices in Scotland have not really crashed.
They corrected a little, recovered and have now been pretty stagnant for the last 3 years (few months up / few months down):wall:

Sorry, I though you might be explaining why it wasn't old news, but instead here you are telling me that your just repeating youself from a whole month ago. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:IveSeenTheLight wrote: »As per the above graph I published, I clearly showed the £11k drop in November.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! not an 11K drop.
I'm gutted.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »You clearly didn't notice the rise earlier in 2010 from £202,332 in Jan 10 up to £235,088 in August.
You mean that so called "new peak" which I correctly pointed out was meaningless statistical skew, which the estate agents in fact stated was statistical skew, which was predicted to drop out, and is now doing so at a fair old rate.
Nah. Didn't notice that.0 -
Incidentally, check out the uncanny accuracy of that 3 month land leg lag. Seems like the BOE know what they are talking about.

LOL, so it's a "meaningless statistical skew" when rising but confirmed drops when falling.
There is extreme noise given the methodology, which is why I said you needed to take a broader perspective.
You can clearly see the trend over the longer period:wall:
