    Uh-oh. Clearly theres at least 8 properties which aren’t fixed price/offers over.

    Of course I am guilty of slight exageration in a conversational tone when I said “everything” I really meant “significant majority”.

    FYI Quick check confirms that almost 40% of the properties for Scotland are fixed price alone. Closer to 50% for Edinburgh and the lothians. Ouch!

    I also said there were many fixed and offers around.

    Still doesn't affect your once again incorrect statement "Everything's fixed or offers around".

    Just a check, what data are you using for Scotland's figures?

    just checked www.aspc.co.uk, there are 2794 properties for sale, 614 (21.9%) are fixed price

    I'm sorry, I didn't realise the ESPC caterd for the whole of Scotland. I missed that part.
    I tried searching for properties in inverness and it showed none.
    That'll be because it only caters for East Central Scotland only.
    You should try opening your eyes geneer

    Which doesn't mean I'm saying it has every property for sale everywhere.
