:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:So you ignored the part relevant to the discussion and smokescreened with a cut and paste extravaganza. Pretty sure thats exactly what I said you did.
By the way brainthrust, aug 2010 house prices will certainly be out of date.
Typical lag on house price data.....nosireebob.
Darling, you're a bit of a spacker aren't you.
It's clear, I reflect on the whole information while try to be selective twisting, darn right even fictional to make it suit your means.
sorry, but I don't wear geneer tinted specs.
Have a nice weekend:wall:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:No but you trot out chunks of a 5 month old VI "analysis" of the market which is both redundant and completely unrelated to the discussion in hand. (and a discussion you've decided you'd now rather not address. heh heh heh)
You might as well have cut and past the wikipedia page about barnacles for all the relevance it has?IveSeenTheLight wrote: »sorry, but I don't wear geneer tinted specs.
No. But you've clearly got the Geneers Gals T-shirt, Scrapbook and Lunch box.
You gals tend to be a loyal bunch.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »Have a nice weekend
And now a word from our Scotland studio..The RoS figures are seen as the most accurate measure of activity in the nation’s housing market, as they include all property deals recognised by the Government.
Because of the time it takes to process and complete a house sale, however, there is a significant time lag in the records. A property deal completed in the first quarter this year may actually have been arranged as long ago as last summer.0 -
You too sweetie. See you soon.
And now a word from our Scotland studio..
I know you love the facts and the graphical representation is missing from this page, never mind, here you go again
P.S., rather than the outdated minute section of a blog that you so love (is he a geneer gal as well?), I prefer to refer to the information taken directly from the ROSEA2. How soon do transactions get recorded with RoS?
Recorded/Registered sales usually arrive at RoS within a few weeks following the date of entry.:wall:

Uh oh. It looks like Lites account has been taken over by a Spambot.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »I know you love the facts and the graphical representation is missing from this page, never mind, here you go again
But liteBot. Sweetie. Dec-05 has no relevance.
As previously discussed.
And the ESPC figures, a leading indicator, are dropping substantially.
Which the ROS will, and indeed is reflecting.

But LiteBot. Sweetie. Thats from completion. This has absolutely no relevance to the lag under discussion.
As, of course, previously discussed.
Poor old lite. The alzheimers hitting the old gal bad.0 -
This has absolutely no relevance to the lag under discussion.
I understand, you take far longer than normal people to be able to conclude a property purchase thus ruling you out of any decent properties.
Did you see any nice properties today?:wall:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Funny, but if we take "normal" to mean "average" and you look like a very silly girl indeed.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »IDid you see any nice properties today?

Yes indeed.
But they have gone up £40k in Edinburgh since you joined HPC - that must be annoying (honestly though, even if you have saved and invested wisely five years more renting and five years less of your mortgage paid off must be a drag). Good luck with the house hunting though.0
