:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: 8 properties. Whoops. That sure accounts for "most" of the scotland market.

(Quick check confirms that almost 40% of the properties for Scotland are fixed price alone. Closer to 50% for Edinburgh and the lothians. Ouch!

Just a check, what data are you using for Scotland's figures?

Couldn’t be the web site you just linked could it Einstein?:)

Clearly shown that you tried to use the www.espc.com website to rationalise the whole of Scotland

But its the tedious non-sensical back tracking which makes Lite the funnest Gal.

Without her obvious comedic smokescreening, she'd be no fun at all.

Lets see what we move onto next.
Probably the placing of semi colons. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Wow. just wow.
Someones super please to only be 99% wrong.
Spell checking next is it Lite? Cos you wouldn't last 5 minutes. :rotfl:

Anyhow, I never linked any sites to prove my assertion about how profoundely the single seller survey has effected the Scottish market. I simply made a statement.

And indeed a quick check of the website you linked to shows 40% of the properties in their portfolio for scotland to be fixed price. As stated...

Which doesn't mean I'm saying it has every property for sale everywhere.

But its certainly enough coverage to validate my point.
You remember the point don't you? :D (Note: apparently not!)

Now, sweetie, what aspect of pedantic semantic minutiae do you want to divert to now?

(oh speaking of pedantic minutiae, Still waiting for you to show where I claimed you claimed ASPC covered the whole of scotland? ;)).
  • I think you must be a comedy genius.
I just don;t get your style of jokes ;)

I’m sorry Lite. I missed the part where Aberdeen became Scotland. ;)

Again, their portfolio for Scotland is a fraction of Scotland.
Stop trying to make our their bigger than they are

Nevermind, it's clear you use posts to try and twist and bltantly tell falacies to try and make yourself feel better (not that any of us care that much), so I'm prepared to let it be.
It won't be long now till the next set of monthly data is out and we all know the truth can hurt ;)

LOL, I don't smokescreen, I tell it like it is, use facts and statistics to back it up. I never try to make out something else other than the facts (unlike yourself)

Problem is that some people don't like the truth, it hurts too much

Again, their portfolio for Scotland is a fraction of Scotland.

Yet it does appear to be a portfolio for scotland. Interesting.

Typed lite. Whilst still strangely reluctant to demonstrate where I claimed you claimed ASPC covered the whole of scotland.
A deeply uniteresting point of course, but given how you've banged on about this non issue, one would think it relevant, at least on the comedy obvious hypocricy front.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Do you reckon the self evident fact that reality simply doesn't support your foaming assertions makes your efforts more or less funny?

Now, what were we talking about again?
I've clean lost track in your desperate, yet comically stereotypical, efforts to divert further and further into pathetic non-issues.

Your right, whatever is said is twisted by you to try and say something else, it's not worth getting into a debate.

Let's just wait till the next set of facts are out and you can squirm through them.

Gosh. Imagine using your own words against you.
    How deeply unfair.
it's not worth getting into a debate.

Which you've clearly decided after getting into, and losing, the debate. Or should I say debates. You're not a very focused girl are you. At least outside of expressing your l'amour.;)
Let's just wait till the next set of facts are out and you can squirm through them.

You mean those facts that you don't consider worth debating.
Just can't stay away can you sweetie.
