I had a MCD for liverpool for Cheveux hair salon it was for half a head of highlights and a cut by a professional, when we arrived it was some back street hair dressers with two girls who couldn't of been much older than 17 they didn't have a clue what they were doing we had to wait 20 minutes after our appointment time for the manager to come to tell them what to do. She then left them to it so we had two untrained girls working on our hair, You can't even see the hightlights in my hair or my mums hair because the dye musn't of been that strong. While we were in there a young girl and her mum came into complain that one of the girls had only put the dye on one side of this girls head and it was a complete mess. The lady if i can call her that who owned the shop was rather rude to my mum refering to her size as she isn't a small lady which I think is a bit out of order and a bit too personal to be commenting on.

I don't think we will be going back there in a hurry.
