They probably don't want the owner to know - covering their tracks by the sounds of it.
If I were you I'd call under the pretence of booking a bridal party in order to speak with the owner, or write to the owner directly marking the letter "private and confidential"."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" I have to say it wouldnt stop me using groupon again and im really please with how they delt with the whole situation, also another upside I think I've found my new hairdresser (can't find a good one in manchester)- just means i have to travel to l'pool every time i use them!0

I also got a voucher of groupon for Om Shanti for a spa package, had the booking confirmed but when I arrived on the day first they couldn't find my appointment and then they said someone had double booked me in.
There were a lot of staff there at the time but only one customer. Have had a refund back from grouponWins August 2012;£15 itunes voucher, Martin Mere family ticket, sanex bundle, step up bundle0 -
It seems to me that they just wanted the publicity and not the custom. More fool them thats two customers they've lost out on and any of us lot who decides not to go.

Good stuff - let us know how you get on! I would be most interested to hear what the manager has to say for him/her self."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -
If it's publicity they want, it's publicity they got. Google 'em and this thread is at the top of the page, haha!0
