You are so very rude. If someone spoke to me in the way that you have spoken to them, I know what my response would be.
But not as rude as robbing someone by making a scam booking for them. I would have said more than that. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Yeah - you have to remember Freddie you have less hair to cut than them. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I still pay full price, behind the Dog and Duck, My mate, let us just call him eagle, used to be charged £8.50 and £4.50 for his and his lad's haircut. When his lad joined the army, he duly handed over his £8.50 for his haircut, only to be told it was only £4.50. he has never took his lad back to the shop since.
Stll, as I had my choccies out yesterday at work for my birthday, it was nice of the gils to notice the degree of error on my age, but say it was more like double 19. I kept stum that I am a damn sight closer to treble 19 nowadays!0 -

Yep, I'm rude, I booked an appointment with a business, I paid, I phoned to confirm, I turned up on time.
They accepted the appointment, they confirmed my booking, they didnt turn up, they didn't bother phoning, they lied to me.
I'm the rude one.
Quite.
dmg24's comment was moronic. Your deleted expletive is a minor profanity and, from what you say, you certainly did not ring up effing and blinding.
That they have refunded you shows they accept you were badly treated."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

It wasn't them that refunded me, groupon did- turns out the salon don't get any money until i hand in my voucher and groupon were appalled at their service and refunded straight away. I spoke to the salon on the phone today, not a swearword muttered and I didn't shout at all
i was very proud. I told her about what had happened and she said that the owner was there from 9:30 - 10:30 on Monday morning, I asked why then, did i get a message on facebook saying that two hairdressers were there from 9:45 until 10:30, and if anybody was there why didn't they pick up the phone or answer my voicemail? In the end she had to admit she was lying. I said i wanted to speak to the owner about it all- still waiting for a phone call. Still not got an apology but I won't hold my breath.
