    The Barcode Scanner You Scan Anything With A Barcode And it sais how much is it and where are the cheapest deals and Advance task Killer Free its easy to use you go onto it and it kills apps which is usefull beacuse it saves time and saves battery life

    Android Gurus all say NO Task Killers as they waste battery life .
    Android is not Windows and does not hold processes .

    ive tried it with and without and for me my battery certainly last longer when i use a task killer

    Picking up Galaxy S II tomorrow about lunch time and have read many pages of this thread.....

    As are now what are the top apps to get hold off...Angry Birds will be one of them, wife has on her iphone.

    Looking for generic ones ie barcode scanner, news, weather and satnav...power savers and the like

    Also cycling apps...use mapmyride on pc is it any good android, does cycling news have a android version...

    NO clue where to start lol. I've downloaded a load from the market but of course all the free ones are pretty tame. Wondered if there are any other places to get apps and songs from? I don't even know if it needs to be jailbroken (previous iphone user for 3 years so no clue lol) to use anything outside the android market? Thanks :)

    Surprisingly, for any android they are the same as Free and useful Android apps that can be found just a few lines below.
    You can use anything outside the market at your own risk. It's not risk-free even inside.
