East Coast Girl's inch loss challenge

Hiya, well I too am pleased with my progress despite the waist measurements not reducing much. I have been having loads of comments on my size reduction as I will call it, from work colleagues and people at the gym.
The swimming works for me, but then any exercise done non stop for just under an hour 5 days a week is going to work in some way! The addition of choreographed cardio like salsa aerobics and zumba has really helped too and after a couple of months of not going, I've started back at pump as I'm sure it makes a difference to my swimming.
I won't be lazy over crimbo but being off work from today until 4th Jan I'm sure I won't be as good as normal, but I'll keep up the momentum a best I can before the onslaught of post Xmas members hit the gym in January!
Best wishes for Christmas to you all and if I don't post before then, see you all in the New Year for renewed enthusiasm if yours has wained in any way!0
