Anyhooooo -no offence meant and none taken,,and thats us sorted then . Hope you are having a good weekend!!
Hubby at work MrsM,house sparkling and i'm eating hm chocolate cake, how fantastic is that? not SW friendly, but tomorrow IS monday and i'll get back on the wagon then, but if i died tonight i wouldn't know how fantastic this chocolate is?!but i know its great now!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
BUT have some SW friendly wedges in the oven, nomnomnom, love those dresses you chose,i just love the whole maxi thing and maybe this summer the fashion will be split to the thigh,so i get to hide my chocolate filled belly but am able to show off my great legs!0 -
I really need some meal ideas, what do you lot eat? I'm on green days and veggie (though a lot of meat meals can be adapted ie. bolognese). Stuck in a MAJOR rut and really bored of everything i eat! This is the list I've come up with so far...
~ Pasta w/ bolognese, creamy mushroom sauce, veggie-packed sauce, lasagne, mexican lasagne
~ Shepherds pie
~ Moussaka (made with potatoes usually, OH hates aubergine)
~ Stir fry + noodles or rice
~ SW chips, sausages and beans
~ Sausage, bean + potato bake
~ Chilli + rice or HM wedges
~ Quiche
~ Jacket potato + beans/chilli
~ Curry0 -
That's amazing thank you! My consultant only gave me a day one so this really helps. I have my food sorted for this week as got lots of left overs and stuff that needs using but keeping the above on file. Also it really helps me see what typical stuff you can have so really appreciate it. xxx
You're welcome
You don't have to do a whole week of this you know, just putting a couple of days a week in (especially if you've had a couple of 'bad' days) will help to keep things moving.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Do you have access to the SW website? There is a 7 day menu for EE, veggie version which may be helpful, link here: http://www.slimmingworld.com/healthy_eating/free_trial_menu.aspxI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

According to my rather dated food directory honey roasted peanuts/cashews are roughly 8 syns for 28g depending which make you look at. They may be more in the new directory though. HTHIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
