OMG such a bad day yesterday! Refusing to dwell on it though, I just have to remember that alcohol is bad because it has empty calories and reduces my willpower for resisting takeaways!
Plan for tomorrow:
B - 2 weekabix and skimmed milk (HEA + HEB)
L - leftover chilli (free) and baked potato
D - cajun chicken soup + 2 slices of bread (6 syns)
Snacks - fruit, mullerlight yoghurt:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

Hi all...
Having started and restarted Slimming World what seems like millions of times, I've decided to give it another go. I really need to shift my weight and EE feels so much like 'normal' healthy eating that I'm back again.
I 'started' on Saturday...it hasn't been particularly successful so far. I think I need to search for recipes and get a weekly meal plan on the go.

Keep going to group and keep posting here and you'll have loads of support - cheers when you're on a high and hugs and reassurance when you're having a bad day!A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!!
Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!0 -
Hi everyone,
Have a fab time Dizzy and hubby - you really deserve it!!!!!!0 -
Hope you have a great time DIzzy.
Right it's a brand new day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm 100% from now on and limiting my sins until Thursday.
Today my boy wants me to make meatballs, I'm actually really looking forward to that tonight
I'm away out on a domestic abuse course at 1pm so going to have a bash on the WII fit when I get back from the school run.
Have a good day all :wave:0 -
Oh no I have missed Dizzy - I'll just send happy holiday brain waves to her instead. Got back from Brussels last night... what a lovely city, and the Christmas markets were lovely too. We'd like to go back in the summer next time.
I didn't deprive myself... I had to have frites.. as Belgium is the home place of the french fries and belgian waffles with chocolate and ice-cream, and of course Kriek (raspberry or cherry beer - does this count as one of my 5 a day?????)
Just had some food delivered so I have some good food to eat. OH has had to hop back on a plane this morning to go to Dublin for some meetings so I am alone, I think I'll go for a soupy 2 days to try to pull back on my naughtiness.
Today (green)
B - 1 toast & butter (0.5B & 1.5)
L - either celery soup or leek & potato soup (1)
D - chunky Veggie dyno rod type soup (F)
Snx - Ryvita (B) triangles (A)

Hi Irish Mummy, just wanted to check something....you have put your an 'a' next to your lunch so I assume you mean that is your HEA? If so, what are you using it for as nothing you mention is and A choice!
I've managed to get to work today, albeit a little late!!! We're going a different way at the minute as we normally use the back roads and they'll still be bad, the traffic was terrible on the main roads though!!! We're going to attempt to get to my mum's for tea tonight so hopefully I'll get some birthday cards and pressies.....only a week late!
I'll be having either a green day I think but, not entirely sure yet as it depends what mum does for tea!!
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - confused dynorod soup (2), crackerbreads (4), laughing cow (part of other HEA)
Tea - Don't know but will probably use other HEB for meat
Snacks - fruit0
