I don't know what's up with me but I'm not hungry at all since I've been back from holidays <insert confused smiley> :rotfl: Yesterday I only had 2 meals, today I've only had a bowl of soup and slice of bread. Strange. Not complianing though!
I'm off to Home Bargains shortly to see what SW goodies they have

Hello all, just had an impulse buy of Weetabix Oaty Bars as I spotted them in a shop, came home to check and they can be a healthy extra so that's good. I ate one, not too sweet which is good for me, don't like too sweet. I'm really into white fish this week; luckily the local Co-op had a special on plain and smoked haddock and cod, buy 2 packs for (I think) £4 and each pack had 2 fillets in. The cod's gone now, so today it will be haddock. I'm just making spicy SW chips with some grilled tomato, onion, courgette and red pepper, then I'll zip the haddock thru the m'wave with a squirt of lemon and some coriander. I've just re-measured myself, but since all previous measurements are in the car with the SW book in case of snow on WI day, I can't check if I've lost more inches. Altogether I've lost quite a few of 'em though, it's always worth measuring. Hope Dizzy got off ok.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Afternoon all.
Safe journey Dizzy & hubby, have a fab time. Hopefully all the snow will be long gone by the time you return.
DKAM I hope your day improved. I've been battling the urge to munch all day I must admit. Only the promise of a roast beef dinner this evening is keeping me on track. It's * week (mid way now), and it's just hitting me now... there was me thinking I'd gotten away with it, and not having any cravings. I'm a bit worried about WI tomorrow, as there's a chance it will affect that, but hoping I'll still get a small loss.
Food today:
B - porridge, banana, strawberries & cinnamon
L - Left over pasta bake (small portion) (1 syn), packed with superfree veg: courgettes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc.
Snack - Shape zero yogurt, banana
D - Roast beef, SW roasties, yorkshire puds (6), gravy (2), carrots, peas, cabbage
Syns = 9
Off to go prepare the dinner now. Have a good evening everyone... won't be the same without I'm a Celebrity tonight. I wonder what else is on?One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

I thought you were attending a class? In which case DO NOT REPLACE YOUR SCALES. Honestly, just wait and be weighed each week on the ones at class; your own, no matter how good, will weigh you slightly (or a lot) differently each time you step on them .... use the money for something nice for yourself :A although if I am confused and you are going it alone I suppose you need scales - or go into Boots each week and weigh yourself, theirs are reckoned to be pretty accurate.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
