Am shattered after 1st day back at school, got a corker of a headache too. Good luck with the dreaded ofsted, we're one of the lucky ones who won't get a visit this year [bet we're 1st in line next year though].

    Food today:
    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
    L - 2x wm rolls [b's], cc loaf, s/cream [.5], toms, activia, crisps [5]
T - mash, spag hoops, toms, onions
Snacks - satsuma, pineapple, melon, meringue [2.5], onken, 2 minstrels [2]
    Syns - 10

Someone asked about writing food down [sorry forgot who] well I write everything and I mean EVERYTHING down. It was the one thing that kept me on track last time and when I stopped thats when things went wrong. I have written everything down since January even the weekend stuff that I don't count [am at target] it just helps me keep focussed. Its also a proven fact [according to BT homepage :D] that writing everything down helps with weight loss. I've also proven it :rotfl:.

Good luck all and well done losers :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

That was me, and yeah, you're probably right :( I think maybe I need to get a diary that I can use to record food, exercise and weight loss all in one place (and maybe 'motivational' stuff too!). It's going to be a long long road for me :o

Hi, if you are doing Extra Easy I would say there's not enough superfree in there - just 2 apples and a banana are listed. Also you haven't had enough fibre, you need two Alpen Lights for a HealthyExtra B choice. But I could be missing something ...;)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Alisont i have a box of falafel and it doesn't list egg as an ingredient.

Thanks must get some at the weekend, nice with SW chips and salad!

I know there are some that have egg in - I have to be careful as brought some before and could not eat them.

Did that with baked beans - got some of what I thought were bbq ones but they were Mexican ones with milk in:mad: friend on SW has had them so wont get wasted.

Is it my imagination or did someone on this or the previous thread say that they worked on a 20cal = 1syn when they can't find they syn value for an item? I know this is not a perfect calculation but would it be a fair guess?
